Refund and Exchange Policy
EXCHANGES are not offered as they are simply to complex in accountability. I prefer to REFUND your purchase. You can then proceed with a new purchase if you so desire.
Every attempt will be made by IZABELLA ART Glass to insure you are happy with your purchase and to resolve any issues you may have. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item if there is something that needs to be resolved, addressed or you have any concerns.
Our Return policy has a 30 day limitation for you to return your item to us.
To be eligible for a return:
1) Contact us - within 7 business days of the receipt of your item by email message to request your refund. Please include a contact phone number as it may be necessary to speak to you directly.
It has never occurred, however should your item be received damaged in any way we do kindly request you take photos of the box condition and the damaged item so that we may file a claim with our carrier. We kindly ask that you do this as quickly as possible and contact us immediately.
2) Items must be unused and in the new original condition as received. Please repackage carefully in our original packaging and return to us within 30 days of delivery. Please email us with your Return Tracking Number to confirm your Return is on its way.
3) We recommend you Return your item via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail which includes $50 insurance and provides a Tracking Number.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, however this method is extremely cost affordable even if you choose to add additional insurance for the complete value of your purchased item.

CUSTOM ORDERS and items purchased on sale are unfortunately not refundable.
Once your return has been received and inspected, We will send you an email notification of receipt. Providing your item is received in original and undamaged condition your refund will be promptly processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten business days.
Just a note: Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Nor the condition it is received in, please take care in your packaging. Should your item is lost or damaged in return to us it will be your responsibility to file a claim for damages or losses with your carrier. Regretfully IZABELLA Art Glass can not take responsibility for any of these issues.
